We had Aqua Solve NC install a whole-home water filtration system for both our drinking water and bathing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to answer all of our questions, recommended a system that fit our needs, and never made us feel pressured. As a local, family-owned business, they truly care about their customers and it shows. The installation was completed in a single day, and everything was up and running before they left. I had a fantastic experience working with Ian at Aqua Solve. He efficiently installed a great system for my clients in Middlesex, and his customer service skills were stellar from start to finish. One thing worth highlighting: Aqua Solve offers excellent warranty benefits when you use them to maintain the system on a yearly basis, which ensures the labor and parts hold up over the long term. That kind of ongoing support gives real peace of mind. What stood out most, though, was Ian's flexibility. When I made a mistake on the pricing for my client, Ian was kind enough to work with me and offer a solution that worked for everyone. He absolutely did not have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated his willingness to be flexible and meet me where I was. It was a very kind thing to do. I will absolutely use Aqua Solve again in the future and recommend them to all of my clients. I hope to work with Ian and the team again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best company ever! I’m at the finish line about to close on my property and— Bam mid drought less than perfect tapwater 😫 Aquasolve came to the rescue! Literally same week service from testing the water to installing a New filtration system I cannot give this company enough kudos thank you very much
