Frequently Asked Questions
Contact & Scheduling

How soon can I get on the schedule?
Most standard visits can be set within a few business days. We also offer evening options when available.
Yes—for access to taps and equipment, and to review results together. We’ll keep it brief and tidy.
Yes. Standard in-home testing is free in our service area. If you’d like certified lab work (e.g., PFAS), we’ll outline optional lab fees first.
Photos of your current equipment (if any), where the main line enters, and a short note on symptoms (stains, odor, spots, etc.). Not required—just helpful.

We can evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. If the system’s history or parts can’t be verified, repairs often aren’t practical—but we’ll test your water, inspect the equipment, and give you straightforward advice on whether it’s worth fixing or replacing.
