We just bought our house and we needed a water filtration system. I called... several companies and felt they were inconsistent with their information. We found Aquasolve and Ian came out to our house. I was super impressed with his knowledge and his ability to answer all my questions, I had a lot. Ian understood the importance of water quality for our family. With a growing daughter we wanted to have a trustworthy company help us have safe water. Ian and Billy are great. They tested our water and told us what we needed... and, more importantly, what we didn’t need. A different company (rhymes with Mulligan) tried to sell me a bunch of equipment that I didn’t need. Honesty is important!!read more

Ian and Billy were great to work with. They installed a whole-house... filtration system for us at a very reasonable price. They were in and out in a few hours and did an outstanding job, totally professional! They even had to cut a hole in the quartz counter top to install a water dispenser in our sink and did it right, no cracks, leaks or any problems. And our water tastes great! I highly recommend them!read more

From the first phone call and until Billy and AK left, I was nothing but... happy and pleased with a level of service I received. The installation went without a hitch. They cleaned up all of the debris and they walked me through from start to finish the system they were putting in and how it would operate and at no time did they treat me like I was an ignorant person! And after dealing with so many different contractors for a multitude of installations and repairs in our home, this was refreshing. None of the questions I asked were treated with disdain or as if I didn’t know what I was asking (ie, what happens if the pump house is hit by lightning, shorting out the electrical system). Their prices were beyond competitive with the other 2 water softener companies in my area. The installation and equipment were even better than what I was replacing and done right!. I cannot say enough good things about Aqua Solve!read more

If you're intentional about living your best life by being mindful about... the foods you eat, the products you use and the water you drink and cook with, you need to have this company come out and test your water. My husband and I had Ian come out and test ours and we learned SO much about something that we thought was pure and clean. He was factual, not salesy and answered all of our questions. It is far too often that the superior work of individuals goes... unacknowledged or under appreciated. I certainly don't want that to be the case when it comes to Aqua Solve. Their team of professionals, especially Billy Land, diagnosed my well water problems, provided a cost-effective means of bringing all of the contaminants within safe levels and installed the proper equipment. When I have the chance I always choose the small mom and pop shops,... because they make you feel important. Aqua Solve did just that. Timely response, very knowledgeable, great price and installed as promised. I sent them a copy of a county water test and they told me what I had already installed would take care of the problems in my water. Highly recommend them to anyone needing water treatment. My wife and I live in Sneads Ferry, NC and always knew the water here... wasn’t the best in any way but had no idea of the “acceptable” levels of Chlorine and hardness present that were considered safe to use. . We had a whole-home system and RO faucet put in last week and let me tell you, from install to the final product Aqua Solve did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The water is not only pure, clean and tastes great but we immediately noticed the shower felt good to your skin and no more clogged shower heads and we even had an increase in water pressure. No more spots on your dishes since I learned that is just dried up gunk which made total sense and clothes come out of the washer significantly cleaner and whiter.
