Three generations work side-by-side to bring honest answers, dependable service, and custom-built water solutions to homes across the state. Natalie handles the administrative side of Aqua Solve NC, bringing her banking background and excellent customer service skills to the team. She will assist you with any questions regarding invoices or billing issues.
A native of Nicaragua, she came to America when she was 11 years old and studied at Wake Technical College. Outside of work Natalie enjoys the beach, vacationing with her family and spending time with her granddaughter, Elliana.
Kane represents the third generation of the family business and oversees daily operations at Aqua Solve NC. As a certified plumber, he’s hands-on with every installation, ensuring each system is installed cleanly and built to last.
Kane studied at Mt. Olive College and Wake Technical School. Outside of work he is a passionate basketball player.
Ian represents the third generation of the family business and leads business development and marketing efforts for Aqua Solve NC. He’s often the first point of contact for customers—whether you’re booking a water test, requesting a quote, or learning about your options.
Ian studied at UNC Pembroke and has a strong background in finance. A former athlete, he played football for UNC Pembroke. Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters
Billy is the President of Aqua Solve NC and the second generation to carry on the family’s water treatment legacy. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he previously co-owned Pure Water Innovations, a local company serving businesses throughout the area.
Outside of work, Billy is an avid sports fan and enjoys mentoring his sons, Ian and Kane. He loves golfing, traveling with his wife Natalie, and spending time with his granddaughter Elliana.
Vicky is the first generation of the family water business and was born and raised in Spring Hope, North Carolina—just like her son Billy and grandsons Ian and Kane. She has been in the water industry since 2001, previously co-owning Gray & Creech Water Systems and later Pure Water Innovations alongside Billy.
After selling both prior businesses, Vicky remains passionate about helping residential customers enjoy dependable, great-tasting water and is proud to continue serving families across North Carolina.
