I had a fantastic experience working with Ian at Aqua Solve. He efficiently installed a great system for my clients in Middlesex, and his customer service skills were stellar from start to finish. One thing worth highlighting: Aqua Solve offers excellent warranty benefits when you use them to maintain the system on a yearly basis, which ensures the labor and parts hold up over the long term. That kind of ongoing support gives real peace of mind. What stood out most, though, was Ian's flexibility. When I made a mistake on the pricing for my client, Ian was kind enough to work with me and offer a solution that worked for everyone. He absolutely did not have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated his willingness to be flexible and meet me where I was. It was a very kind thing to do. I will absolutely use Aqua Solve again in the future and recommend them to all of my clients. I hope to work with Ian and the team again very soon. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience with Aqua Solve NC in Spring Hope, NC. From the very first phone call, they were friendly, candid, and incredibly easy to talk to. I had planned to get multiple quotes, but their professionalism and honesty won me over immediately. They scheduled a water test for the very next day and even arrived early, which was a big deal because I needed the test done before leaving for work. The technician was straightforward and trustworthy, offering me both the best solution and a more budget friendly option without any pressure or upselling. No contracts, just a handshake. That kind of integrity is rare. I will admit that when I first looked at their online reviews, the high ratings almost seemed too good to be true. After working with them, I can honestly say those reviews are well deserved. I have well water with ferrous iron that was staining my shower and appliances, and they explained the issue clearly and matched me with the right system for my situation. The installation blew me away. They happened to have availability that same day, and within an hour the owner and his son were on site installing my softener. The work was immaculate. Because I had the unit installed in my attached garage, they drilled through the foundation to route plumbing, and they did it cleanly, sealed everything perfectly, and left absolutely no mess behind. You would never know any work had been done except for the new softener sitting there. It is clearly a family run business that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer relationships. I was told to call anytime if I ever had problems or needed service and that they would handle it right away. That level of confidence and support speaks volumes. Very Impressed!! scheduled an appt, I was notified by text 30mins prior to appt to confirm, he was 5-mins or so early, came in and asked me what prompted me to call, performed a test on my water and very detailed in his explanation of what he was looking for and what he found and suggestions based on his findings. Very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Ian and his company.

We are so happy we called Aqua Solve NC to install a reverse osmosis system! Ian came to the house and discussed the details of the project. Billy and Kain came out soon thereafter for the installation. This is a family business and everyone in the family is professional and friendly. The system they provide is excellent! Billy moved our plumbing to allow the tank to fit in the corner to maintain plenty of storage. They will come back out in a year to inspect the system and replace the filters. We loved the reasonable price. It is great to know they are a phone call away.

We had an excellent experience with Ian. My wife was worried about our water quality and wanted to get it tested. I was reluctant because a lot of water quality "inspectors" are just sleazy salesmen. Ian was the furthest thing from that. He was kind, respectful, professional, and informative. He calmed our water worries and offered solutions for our salient situation.

We are so happy with our experience with AquaSolve they took good care of us and were able to answer all of our questions. I feel better knowing my family is using clean, safe water and they did a phenomenal job with the install. Everything was clean and neat and they were exceptionally kind and courteous. Ian came and tested our water and shared how dirty/unhealthy it was. We decided to install a drinking system... Ian and Billy are super friendly and spent their whole morning installing and making sure they gotbthings right. They cleaned up after themselves and they didn't push us into buying anything extra! My daughter is so happy to be drinking "the clean water" now. Also, I'm grateful that they provide their own warranty and will come back and service the system so I don't have to worry about it in the future.

I am so pleased with the filtration system and the incredible service from the Aqua Solve team. The initial appointment was easy to book and Ian answered all of my questions. There was no hard sell, just helpful information and a reasonable price. The install was professional and timely. I am so happy with the taste of the water from the RO system and the whole house filter gets rid of that metallic smell we sometimes would get. Wonderful customer service and knowledge. This is a family run business that truly goes above and beyond taking care of the customer. They traveled 2 hours east to install and service our river home. We were nervous about the water, and they took the time to analyze what we needed to keep our water safe at a much more reasonable price than other companies. Most importantly, they listened, and didn’t use scare tactics to sell. This is our second water treatment system, and we could not be happier with Aqua. Thank you!

We just bought our house and we needed a water filtration system. I called several companies and felt they were inconsistent with their information. We found Aquasolve and Ian came out to our house. I was super impressed with his knowledge and his ability to answer all my questions, I had a lot. Ian understood the importance of water quality for our family. With a growing daughter we wanted to have a trustworthy company help us have safe water. They were upfront with their pricing and great with checking in throughout the process. Ian and Billy are great. They tested our water and told us what we needed and, more importantly, what we didn’t need. A different company (rhymes with Mulligan) tried to sell me a bunch of equipment that I didn’t need. Honesty is important!!

Ian and Billy were great to work with. They installed a whole-house filtration system for us at a very reasonable price. They were in and out in a few hours and did an outstanding job, totally professional! They even had to cut a hole in the quartz counter top to install a water dispenser in our sink and did it right, no cracks, leaks or any problems. And our water tastes great! I highly recommend them!

From the first phone call and until Billy and AK left, I was nothing but happy and pleased with a level of service I received. The installation went without a hitch. They cleaned up all of the debris and they walked me through from start to finish the system they were putting in and how it would operate and at no time did they treat me like I was an ignorant person! And after dealing with so many different contractors for a multitude of installations and repairs in our home, this was refreshing. None of the questions I asked were treated with disdain or as if I didn’t know what I was asking (ie, what happens if the pump house is hit by lightning, shorting out the electrical system). Their prices were beyond competitive with the other 2 water softener companies in my area. The installation and equipment were even better than what I was replacing and done right!. I cannot say enough good things about Aqua Solve!
